Shipping policy

Orders

Your order may be shipped from different locations depending on the items you purchase. For this reason, don't worry if your order arrives in two parts. See below for details:

Unframed Art Prints, Cards, Postcards, Notebooks & Washi Tape | These items will be shipped from Natasha's UK studio. Once your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation of shipping.

Framed Prints | These items will be shipped from Beyond Print UK. As all our frames are custom-made-to-order, please allow up to 10 working days before dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number.


Shipping


  • The delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order.
  • You will be sent confirmation of shipping once your order is sent.
  • Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly, as we can’t be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to an incorrect address being provided.
  • Sometimes, we send larger orders using different couriers, especially our XL art prints. Don't worry if smaller items on your order arrive separately - the rest of your order is on its way!


Delivery times

Delivery times apply once your order is dispatched. Please use the table below as a guide (based on courier's best-endeavours basis).


Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods may produce slightly longer delivery times.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

These charges are the buyers' responsibility to pay.


UK CUSTOMERS

All items and orders will be packed and shipped from the UK. this means you will not face import charges for these items.


EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS

Your order will be sent to you from the UK using DDP (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means you may face import charges for these items. To avoid unexpected import charges, please check locally what tariffs may be applied by your country on deliveries from the UK. 


NON UK/EU CUSTOMERS 

All items and orders will be packed and shipped from the UK. This means you may face import charges. To avoid unexpected import charges, please check locally what tariffs may be applied by your country on deliveries from the UK.  


What are Customs Charges?

Whether you are charged money at the border depends on the destination country. These charges are the buyers' responsibility to pay. Your local customs will contact you and request you pay any outstanding charges before your goods are released for final delivery. Parcels will be held by customs until payments are made. Any payments not received may result in parcels being returned, delayed or in some cases destroyed.
