Natasha created this winter garden scene for a rework of the Ladybird book classic, What to Look For in Winter. A dream project that explored the UK's landscape through the changing seasons.
"It looks very bare in the garden. The growing cycle for many plants and trees is over - their flowers have bloomed, their fruits have been seeded, and their leaves have been lost...However, there are some rebel plants in this garden that do not follow the trend. The yellow witch-hazel flowers are blooming brightly, and the pale, delicate petals of the wintersweet plant open to reveal the dark buds inside." - Elizabeth Jenner | What to Look For in Winter
